We offer a Royal Mail 24hr and Royal Mail 48hr delivery service.
Where is my delivery?
You will be able to track your orders progress by using your tracking ID which you will find on your postage receipt. Click Here for Royal Mail Tracking Website
Please note this is not a fully tracked service.
Do you exchange returns?
We are sorry to say that we are not able to offer an exchange. Alternatively, if you would like to return your item(s) we will be happy to offer you a refund.
Do you offer international shipping options?
We currently do not offer delivery outside of the U.K. we will be expanding our delivery options in the future.
How do I return my order?
You have 28 days from the dispatch date to return your order for a full refund on items only. All orders will include a free returns label.
How do I return without a returns label?
If you have not received your free returns label in your order, please contact us stating your order number and we will insure your free post return label is emailed to you promptly.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your order (around 3-5 working days) we will send an email confirming the refund has been successful and your card will be credited.
Can I change/cancel my order
We are sorry to advise that once an order has been placed we are unable to amend products as orders are processed straight away. If you wish to cancel your order we allow a 15 minute cancelation period from when the order was placed. Simply email us directly at email@example.com so we can cancel your order and refund the price paid for the item(s) using the payment method when the order was placed. If you miss the 15 minutes cancelation period and no longer want your order, you can return it to us and receive a refund.
How can I pay for my purchases?
You can complete your order using one of our payment methods such as PayPal and all credit cards. Payment will be taken and we will send you an email to confirm this has been placed successfully. Payments made via PayPal will be taken immediately.
If an item is sold out, is there a way I can still get the item?
Please contact us directly letting us know the product name or number for the item(s) you are looking for.
Alternatively we will be introducing new products frequently.
Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?
You will need to create an account to place an order, this will allow you to log back in to view your order history, saved items and allow you to place your next order promptly.
